We plan cable routes, device locations and equipment rooms before walls close, so nothing has to be chased in later.
Structured cabling
Cat6/Cat6A and fiber runs for workstations, Wi-Fi, cameras, access control and phones — terminated, labelled and tested.
Network & Wi-Fi
Switching, PoE and access point placement designed around the finished layout rather than guessed at afterwards.
Security & access control
Cameras and door hardware installed as part of the build, wired properly instead of surface-mounted later.
Trade coordination
We work to the construction schedule alongside electricians, drywall and your project manager.
Handover & support
Documented, labelled and tested at handover, with ongoing support once you move in.

When should technology be planned into an office fit-out?
As early as the drawings. Cable routes, equipment rooms and device positions are far cheaper to place before walls and ceilings close. Retrofitting afterwards means cutting, patching and visible surface conduit.
Can you work as a subcontractor for our general contractor?
Yes. We coordinate with general contractors and other trades, work to the construction schedule, and deliver the whole technology scope as one subcontractor rather than several.
Do you handle both the cabling and the security in a fit-out?
Yes — that is the point of using us. Cabling, networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV and access control come from one team, so there is no gap between who ran the cable and who mounted the camera.
